The aim of the project is to strengthen social dialogue and partnerships for employment and training in less developed regions by: carrying out actions aimed at improving the capacity and digitization of civil society organizations, providing support for the development and implementation of partnerships for employment and training, carrying out vocational training actions, as well as by carrying out innovative actions to increase the participation of CSOs in strengthening the national civic dialogue. The overall objective of the project will generate in the medium and long term positive effects in terms of human capital development and modernization of labour market institutions and services through the implementation of measures to increase the capacity and digitalisation of CSOs and the development of partnerships for employment and training.
