Increasing the capacity of 30 civil society organisations to engage in dialogue in order to contribute to inclusion through employment and training of disadvantaged groups and to participate, as appropriate, in the provision of active employment measures. Through this objective, this project aims to contribute to the achievement of specific objective 03 of the National Green Jobs Strategy 2018-2024, Strengthening cooperation with relevant actors and dialogue with social partners in sectors with potential for green job creation. In the long term, the project aims to strengthen civic and social dialogue and to increase the capacity of civil society organizations to cope with structural changes in the Romanian economy in order to facilitate the adoption, implementation and compliance with policies with an impact on the labor market.
