The overall objective of the project is "Strengthening and implementing social dialogue by increasing the capacity of social partners to participate actively and efficiently in the collective bargaining process and by increasing the capacity of employers' federations to provide assistance and services to members, including by conducting studies and analyses on the evolution of the labour market, digitizing social dialogue processes and providing expertise in areas of interest, including providing the necessary infrastructure for a good representation of members' interests. Specifically, the project proposed for funding aims to strengthen and implement social dialogue in the hospitality sector by strengthening the capacity of social partners to participate effectively in the social dialogue process, by strengthening the capacity to provide assistance and services to members, including by acquiring expertise in the field of interest representation in order to ensure
