The overall objective of the project is to provide an integrated package for social partners such as Local Action Groups in order to modernize and improve the functioning of social dialogue for the labour market and to increase the capacity of civil society organizations to engage in dialogue, to contribute to the inclusion through employment and training of disadvantaged groups and to participate, as appropriate, in the provision of active employment measures. Local Action Groups are civil society organisations constituted as public-private partnerships representative of the territory and which, among other things, have objectives related to the implementation of specific labour market measures, considered as partners (responsible entities) of the National Employment Strategy 2021 - 2027.
