Pedestrian walkway and velo intersection Lily

The overall objective of the project is to reduce carbon emissions by improving urban mobility, the urban environment and increasing the quality of life in the municipality of Satu Mare. Promoting sustainable multimodal urban mobility as part of the transition to a zero-carbon economy. The aim of these interventions is to increase the accessibility of the urban area by creating investments for pedestrians and cyclists, the transfer from the use of private cars to non-motorized modes of transport (pedestrian and saloon). The project aims to make the use of private cars a less economically attractive option than the use of non-motorised modes of transport, thus creating the conditions for reducing CO2 equivalent emissions.
