The purpose of the project is to achieve a set of awareness, counseling and professional training measures for children. 612 employees from private enterprises in the fields of construction, HORECA, sanitation, trade, textiles, etc., from reg. North-West and Centre, for a period of 36 months, in order to update / develop the specific skills of the employees in order to keep up with the technological changes in the workplace and with the emergence of new relevant skills for the labor market. The proposed project SHALL DIRECTLY CONTRIBUTE TO THE TOUCH OF THE EDUCATION AND OCCUPATION (PEO) PROGRAMME 2021-2027, by: Improving Access to Vocational Education and Training: Our project provides training courses, aligning with the OEM objective of facilitating access to continuing education and training, so that employees can develop skills relevant to the labour market as a result of the 612 people in the GT (EECO01), who benefit from integrated measures, the 492 people who will be trained in the field.
