The overall objective of the project is the development and improvement of research and innovation capacities and the adoption of advanced technologies within the Romanian institutions participating in the ACTRIS ERIC research infrastructure. The Aerosol, Clouds and Trace Gases Research Infrastructure, acronym ACTRIS, was legally recognised by the European Commission on 25 April 2023 as a European research infrastructure with a stable legal structure of the ERIC type. Romania is a founding member, represented by the National Institute for Research and Development for Optoelectronics INOE 2000.
