The overall objective of the project is to increase participation in continuing vocational training programs, equal access to formal, non-formal or informal CVT programs, counseling and professional guidance, updating the skills of the workforce, promoting flexible and modern learning pathways by involving at least 601 people aged between 18 and 65, who are employees with individual employment contract (full-time or part-time), including people in management positions, coming from public and private enterprises in the North-East and North-West Development Regions.
