The overall objective of the project is to improve and strengthen the capacity of DG PECU of MIPE to manage projects financed by the Programme for Inclusion and Social Dignity (PoIDS) within the delegated priorities, in compliance with the principles of efficient management, transparency, partnership and in accordance with national and Community legislation.
