The overall objective of the project is to increase the capacity of 30 Civil Society Organizations to participate in civic dialogue, to develop and improve their contribution to inclusion through employment and training of disadvantaged categories, namely people with various addictions (drugs, alcohol, gambling) and chronic diseases (HIV/AIDS, cancer, diabetes, hepatitis, occupational diseases, etc.) and to participate in the creation and provision of active employment measures, as a result of their participation in a package of innovative and formative activities. The project contributes to the achievement with the specific objective of ESO4.2, its activities leading to the modernization of labour market institutions and services to assess and anticipate skills needs, ensure timely and personalized assistance and support the matching of demand and supply, transitions and mobility in the labour market, by raising awareness of the importance of civil dialogue.
