The overall objective of the project is to increase the capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs), to act as institutional actors on the relevant modern, visible labour market, focused on civic dialogue, sustainable, personalized interventions and active measures, for inclusion and quality in employment of disadvantaged categories, in 4 less developed regions. The overall and specific objectives of the project logically correlate with: - the general objective of the POEO, which aims to harness the human potential, under conditions of equity, by increasing the relevance of education and training systems for the labour market; At the same time, and with the objective in the field of employment: the Romanian labour market to become sustainable, resilient, pro-active and based on social innovation, due to the potential of CSOs to intervene actively and personalized in the communities in which they act, as providers of employment services; to contribute to the support of vulnerable groups in the socio-prof integration
