The overall objective of the project is to improve access to the labor market and activation measures for at least 135 people who want to set up social enterprises in the urban environment: jobseekers, young people over the age of 30, unemployed, long-term unemployed, people from disadvantaged groups on the labour market, inactive people, by promoting self-employment and the social economy, respectively the establishment of at least 22 sustainable social economy structures in the urban environment of the North-East region to ensure the integration into the labour market of people from vulnerable groups.
