The overall objective of the project is directly correlated with the objective PEO ESO 4.2 which aims to modernise labour market institutions and services to assess and anticipate skills needs, provide timely and specialised assistance and support labour market matching, transitions and mobility. The application for funding contributes to achieving this objective through activities designed on the basis of the integrated principle and aimed at the social partners and the strengthening of social dialogue and partnerships for employment and training. Specifically, the project aims to increase the capacity of trade union organizations through a series of interventions with systemic implications at national level. Complementary to the PEO ESO 4.2 targets, the general objective also aims to contribute closely to the implementation of the measures and the achievement of the targets outlined in the Employment Strategy 2021-20
