The overall objective of this project is to increase the capacity of min. 30 civil society organizations, especially associations certified as social enterprises, to engage in dialogue, to contribute to inclusion through employment and training of disadvantaged categories and to participate in the provision of active employment measures and to strengthen social dialogue and partnerships for employment and training, as well as training of min. 70 people members/specialists of social partners. Public policies assign social enterprises an important role in achieving the objectives and implementing active measures for the social inclusion of groups at high risk of social exclusion and from the labour market. Although institutional and strategic expectations from newly created social enterprises are very high, some government plans and strategies even assign a socio-economic panacea role to social enterprises, the enterprises themselves.
