The overall objective of the project is to increase the capacity of 30 Civil Society Organizations to participate in civic dialogue, to develop and improve their contribution to inclusion through employment and training of disadvantaged groups, namely people with chronic diseases and to participate in the creation and provision of active employment measures, as a result of their participation in a package of innovative and formative activities. The project contributes to the achievement with the specific objective of ESO4.2, its activities leading to the modernization of labour market institutions and services to assess and anticipate skills needs, ensure prompt and persinalized assistance and support the matching of demand and supply, transitions and mobility on the labour market, by raising awareness of the importance of civic dialogue and strengthening the capacity of CSOs to participate in it, obtaining skills for evaluation and monitoring
