Increasing access to and participation in the labour market by setting up social economy structures dedicated to jobseekers, young people, long-term unemployed, inactive people, including disadvantaged groups and the development of the social economy sector in Romania. The project will thus contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the Programme and the call by: the establishment of 34 social economy structures in rural areas and the creation of at least 136 jobs in the social economy that will be occupied by the members of the target group and beyond. The interventions are also aimed at entrepreneurial training of participants in compliance with social inclusion measures of Roma people, disadvantaged groups, young people, inactive people and unemployed, training for the use of digital technologies, but also counseling for the smooth implementation of business plans financed within the competition.
