The overall objective of the project is to establish a Center of Excellence for strengthening the capacity of NGOs in the field of employment and training (structure without legal personality) within which will be provided dedicated measures for 75 members/specialists from 32 CSOs through which they are supported to develop skills, abilities and resources to start and manage organizational development processes and strengthen civic dialogue in the field of labor market. Thus, through the project we will support and assist 32 CSOs from less developed regions to develop and strengthen their organizations to contribute to the inclusion through employment and training of disadvantaged groups, to participate in the provision of active employment measures and to strengthen their civic dialogue in the field of labour market, training and employment services, through actions, services and measures dedicated and adapted to these needs.
