The overall objective of the project is to promote and strengthen the increase of the organizational capacity of labour market institutions through the development of Social Partners, with a focus on developing the own organizational capacity of the Applicant and Partners, in order to assess and anticipate the needs in terms of competences for DS to be carried out more smoothly. We thus ensure easy identification and transition to new realities, as well as labour market mobility. We also aim that through the integrated packages dedicated to Part Sociali we achieve faster access to information, to customize our activity of conducting studies and analyses with aspects and arguments specific to the development of the trade union activity, increasing the representativeness and promoting the importance of professional training for all workers, increasing the impact of collective bargaining, with the consequence of developing their own organizations, which leads to the consolidation of DS National.
