The overall objective of the project is to ensure non-discriminatory access to quality education, modern learning conditions and the development of students' skills, in correlation with the regional economic specificity. The achievement of the general objective ensures the increase of the quality of the educational act and the increase of the access to education for an annual number of at least 1022 students, out of which at least 83 students belong to vulnerable/ marginalized groups, within 5 years from the completion of the investment.
