The overall objective of the project is to strengthen economic and social cohesion in the Central and South Muntenia regions in order to combat poverty and socio-economic integration of people belonging to vulnerable groups by stimulating the development of the social economy. The project proposed for financing will create added value on 3 levels as follows: 1. Developing certified skills for 135 people who want to set up a social enterprise/social insertion enterprise in one of the project implementation regions; 2. Creation of 147 jobs in social enterprises/social insertion enterprises in order to increase employment with a focus on people from vulnerable groups (jobseekers, unemployed, long-term unemployed, people from disadvantaged groups in the labour market, inactive people); 3. Developing a social entrepreneurship ecosystem throughfunding
