The overall objective of the project is the development of the social economy through the establishment of 28 HE in the urban area of the South Muntenia region, namely in the counties of Arges, Calarasi, Dambovita, Giurgiu, Ialomita, Prahova, Teleorman, and through the improvement of the entrepreneurial skills in the social economy of 132 people, the development of independent activities and the improvement of access to the labour market for people who want to set up an HE in the urban area, from the category of jobseekers, young people 30-35 years old, unemployed, long-term unemployed, inactive people and people from disadvantaged groups on the labour market, by creating 136 new jobs.
