The goal of the project is to automate the company's processes by using digital tools consisting of digital consulting services, software solutions, hardware and IT equipment, which will lead to increasing the degree of digital intensity. The necessity of carrying out the project proposed for financing comes against the background of the process of digitization and automation of data in the context of the obligation to use the E-Invoice system, aiming to ensure the alignment of the services required by the legislation in force. Increasing data storage capacity and IT infrastructure are fundamental elements for efficient governance and data security. In order to make the investment through the financing provided by this call, it was also necessary to carry out an analysis of the degree of digital intensity currently held by the company and its increase following the realization of the investment, according to the DESI 2019 Digital Intensity Index issued by the European Union.
