The overall objective of the project is the development of the social economy by setting up 34 social enterprises in the rural area of the South East development region, namely in the counties of Braila, Buzau, Constanta, Galati, Vrancea, Tulcea by improving the entrepreneurial skills in the social economy of 132 people in rural areas, developing independent activities and improving access to the labour market for jobseekers and inactive people by creating 145 jobs of which 41 will be vulnerable people in rural areas.
