The overall objective of the project is to stimulate lifelong learning and promote flexible upskilling opportunities by providing specific upskilling training programmes to employees as a result of rapid technological developments and the emergence of new skills through actions relevant to the labour market and facilitating access to or retention of employment, for 602 persons aged 18-65 who are employees with an individual employment contract, including persons in management positions, coming from public and private enterprises, participating in vocational training programmes, persons from whom: 98 follow a SEMI-FABRICATE DEBITATOR qualification training program, 294 follow a training program Updating digital skills in the context of rapid technological change, 56 follow a training program for people in hand positions
