Education is a national priority and is also the basic factor in transmitting and creating new cultural values.The quality of education largely determines the quality of life and creates opportunities for the full realization of the capacities of each citizen.This cannot be achieved without an infrastructure corresponding to educational cycles.Infrastructure is essential for education, early development of children, for building social skills and capacity for social integration.Infrastructure of the education and training system is a key factor in the educational process, which has a direct effect on students.In the decision-making process regarding investments in educational infrastructure, decision-makers are faced in the context of planning and organizing the school network with two categories of challenges: the location of infrastructure and the quality of design of teaching and learning environments.
