The overall objective of the project is to update the level of specific skills of 601 employees in the West and South West Oltenia regions, over a period of 24 months, as a result of rapid technological developments and the emergence of new skills, through actions relevant to the labour market, to facilitate access or retention of a job. The main purpose of this project is to support the career development of 601 employees from the West and South West Oltenia regions and to provide them with opportunities to acquire the new skills needed to remain competitive on the labor market in a constantly changing environment. The project contributes to the achievement of the objective of the Education and Employment Program by organizing and implementing CVT programs tailored to the specific needs and interests of the target group, with a focus on developing skills and competences relevant to the labor market. These programs will be designed to provide part
