The overall objective of the project is to update the level of specific skills of 601 employees in the South Muntenia and South West Oltenia regions, over a period of 24 months, as a result of rapid technological developments and the emergence of new skills, through actions relevant to the labour market, facilitating access to or retention of a job. The main goal of this project is to support the career development of 601 employees in the South Muntenia and South West Oltenia regions and to provide them with opportunities to acquire the new skills needed to remain competitive on the labor market in a constantly changing environment.
