The overall objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency for the public building Nicolae Titulescu Technological High School located in the patrimony of the Territorial Administrative Unit Medgidia Municipality, Constanta County. Through the project, the applicant aims to improve the energy efficiency of the building consisting of 5 components (structurally independent building bodies with an area of at least 250 sqm) in which the public educational institution carries out its activity. Educational activities are carried out within the building, its occupancy regime being a permanent one within the C4 building where the boarding school and canteen are located and semi-permanent in the rest of the bodies. Nicolae Titulescu Technological High School operates in 6 structurally independent building blocks (components) (Note! The C6 Corps is not the subject of this project) located at the same address, Dezrobirii Street no. 1. In 1950, the following buildings were built.
