The overall objective of the project is to improve the skills of 601 employees (18-64 years old), from the South Muntenia and South East regions, through their participation in training programs to update specific skills as a result of rapid technological developments and the emergence of new skills through actions relevant to the labour market and facilitating access to or retention of a job.
