The overall objective of the project is to improve the skills of 601 employees (18-64 years old), from the regions South Muntenia, South East and Centre, through their participation in training programs to update specific skills as a result of rapid technological developments and the emergence of new skills through actions relevant to the labour market and facilitating access to or retention of a job. The project is consistent and contributes to the achievement of the specific objective ESO4.7, by raising employees' and employers' awareness of the importance of participating in CVT, providing personalized professional counseling services for 601 employees, conducting professional programs for 601 employees in order to develop skills relevant to the labour market in order to facilitate access to or retention of a job.
