The general objective of the project ‘INVEST IN COMPETENCE AND CHOOSE EXCELLENCE IN THE CAREER – CENTRE REGION’ aims to develop training programmes to update the specific skills of 601 employees in the Centre region as a result of rapid technological developments and the emergence of new skills through actions relevant to the labour market and facilitating job retention. Through this project we aim to support both employees and employers in developing skills specific to each employee and company identified in the Center region, in order to update / develop the skills needed to cope with technological evolution, new job needs, increasing competitiveness on the labor market and international markets.
