The project proposes the construction of a four-star hotel and its endowment with equipment of the highest technological level in the field, as well as the integration of intelligent solutions to create a pleasant experience for the guests. In addition to hotel accommodation services (including all services specific to the classification level, e.g.: cleaning, laundry, security and guarding services, parking, etc.), additional services will be provided, such as food and drink provision, as well as various leisure facilities: SPA&Wellness center with dedicated areas for fitness, massage and treatments, sauna area, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, conference and convention facilities and other recreational facilities (outdoor terraces, playgrounds for children, etc.). MARIGAB COM SRL aims thus to consolidate, over time, its position on the regional / national market of tourism services, a goal that can be achieved by the European Commission.
