The overall objective of the project Skills Development for Excellence in Career - South-East Region is to develop training programs to update specific skills for 601 employees in the South-East region as a result of rapid technological developments and the emergence of new skills through actions relevant to the labour market and facilitating job retention. Through this project we aim to support both employees and employers in developing skills specific to each employee and identified company in the South-East region, in order to update/develop the skills needed to cope with technological evolution, new job needs, increasing competitiveness on the labor market and international markets.
