The overall objective of the project is to improve the water and sewerage infrastructure in the localities of the project area in the counties of Constanta, Ialomita, Ilfov, Calarasi, Dambovita and Brasov included in the project, in order to fulfill the obligations established by the Accession Treaty and the relevant European Directives.
