The general objective of the project "Skills Development for Excellence in Career - Centre Region" is to develop training programs to update the specific skills of 601 employees in the Centre region as a result of rapid technological developments and the emergence of new skills through actions relevant to the labour market and to facilitate the preservation of a job. Through this project, we aim to support both employees and employers in developing skills specific to each employee and company identified in the Centre region, in order to update/develop the skills necessary for them to cope with technological evolution, new job needs, increasing competitiveness on the labour market and international markets.
