The overall objective of the project is to increase the adequacy of the educational offer in relation to the needs of the labour market in the Faculty of Engineering within the "Lucian Blaga" University of Sibiu, by supporting investments in modernizing the educational infrastructure and the teaching materials base in order for the learning environments, equipment, teaching facilities to be at least at the level of the technologies used by companies operating on the regional and European market. The interventions aim to increase the relevance of tertiary university education for the local/regional labour market, by investing in educational programs in fields with shortage of graduates on the labour market, fields/specializations that bring added value to the region's economy and contribute to the implementation of RIS3. Synergies are thus being developed with actions under Priority 1 of the Centre RP - Increasing the capacity of the regional ecosystem to support smart specialisation in a sustainable manner
