The overall objective of the project is to provide integrated measures for 602 employees from public and private enterprises in less developed regions with the aim of promoting and motivating them to participate in continuing vocational training programs, updating skills and/or retraining, facilitating their professional transition and professional mobility through information and awareness actions, professional counseling, continuing formal training, as well as through innovative actions to increase participation in continuing vocational training programs among them. Thus, the project will support and assist 602 employees with a full-time or part-time employment contract from private and/or public enterprises in less developed regions to develop and strengthen their professional skills through participation in professional counseling services, continuing vocational training programs and obtaining professional qualifications.
