Overall objective of the project: It consists in further developing the water and wastewater infrastructure in Dolj County, by increasing the collection and treatment of urban wastewater, as well as ensuring the supply of drinking water to the population, in order to meet the requirements of the European Union’s environmental acquis and the commitments undertaken through the environmental sector, in the context of Priority 1 – Development of water and wastewater infrastructure and transition to a circular economy in the DMP. Through the project, the following indicators set out in the LIOP/PDD will be achieved by 2026: CO18/RCR41 – 269.549 seat. CO19/RCR42 – 81.755 seat. Through these indicators, the project will contribute to the achievement of the results of the LIOP/PDD, as well as to compliance with European directives.
