The overall objective of the project "Direct experience in HR. From theory to practice for students of the University of Bucharest", is to improve and adapt the education and training system of the University of Bucharest to the requirements of the labor market, thus promoting the acquisition of key competences and facilitating the integration of students from the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work, the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences and the Faculty of Administration and Business on the labor market.
