The project ‘Regeneration of a sub-area of Caracal Municipality through integrated urban development investments’ is a complex project comprising several complementary, adjoining investment objectives located in the central-historical area of Caracal Municipality. These are: Chrysanthemum Street (urban area “7 stairs”), Piaţa Victoriei Subarea and Caracal Summer Theatre. The overall objective of the project is the sustainable, integrated and inclusive urban development of a sub-area of Caracal Municipality, by improving the urban environment and cultural public services, based on the priorities set out in the Sustainable Development Strategy of Caracal Municipality 2021-2027. The general objective of the project derives from the general objective of the Sustainable Development Strategy of Caracal Municipality for 2021-2027, of "transforming Caracal Municipality into an agro-industrial and touristic pole, through continuous investments in the modernization of infrastructure, public services
