Energy rehabilitation of Saint Stephen Rovinari City Hospital The aim of the project is to improve air quality in the city of Rovinari and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The overall objective of the project is to reduce the annual primary energy consumption in the Saint Stephen Rovinari City Hospital as a result of increasing its energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources. Reducing the energy consumption for heating the premises in the Saint Stefan Rovinari Hospital has the effect of reducing the maintenance costs with heating, mitigating the effects of climate change, increasing energy independence, reducing the consumption of conventional fuel used in the preparation of the heating agent, as well as improving the urban aspect of the locality.
