The overall objective of the project aligns with the territorial development strategies for the period 2021 - 2027, with the objective of supporting sustainable economic diversification in particular of the small and medium productive entrepreneurship sector, including female entrepreneurship. It aims to increase the competitiveness and capacity of local economies, resulting in sustainable, secure and well-paid jobs. Thus, the general objective of the project called "Construction of real estate with the function of Hotel and Apart-Hotel, height regime 2S+Gf+3E, swimming pool, land systematization, fencing and utility connection" is to contribute to increasing the capacity of local economies to generate sustainable jobs through its implementation.
