The overall objective of the project is the sustainable development of water supply and sewerage systems in Ilfov County by improving the quality of existing services and reducing the negative impact of wastewater discharges according to the policies and practices of the European Union and in the context of the Priority Axes of the Environment SOP and LIOP. All the specific objectives of the project approved by the LIOP are consistent with the specific objective PDD (Promoting access to water and sustainable water management).
