Road connection between Oradea Municipality and Sanmartin Commune - Phase II

Oradea is the county seat of Bihor County, a county located in the north-west of Romania on the border with Hungary, at a distance of about 10 km from Bors, the largest border point at the western border. Oradea is the tenth largest city in Romania, with a population of 204,358 inhabitants, according to the 2011 population census and is one of the important economic, social and cultural centers in NW Romania. The geographical location makes Oradea a very important hub in regional and international tourism. The tourist potential of Oradea is given not only by its general position, but also by its history and architecture, as well as by the location of its monuments in the city plan. Thus, the municipality is only 12 km away from Băile Felix, the largest permanent spa resort in Romania.
