Increasing the quality of life by providing electronic social vouchers for educational support in order to purchase school materials from preschoolers and disadvantaged pupils, in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance No 83 of 12 October 2023, as subsequently amended and supplemented, regarding some measures to support preschoolers and disadvantaged pupils receiving educational support based on electronic social vouchers granted from non-reimbursable external funds and taking measures in the field of education.
