Increasing the quality of primary care, community care, outpatient services and developing the capacity at regional level to implement the colorectal cancer screening programme and strengthening preventive services by: 1. Updating and developing 5 working tools - (1) updating the methodological framework of the colorectal cancer screening programme, (2) Guide to compliance with the quality standards for the colorectal cancer screening programme (3) updating the training curriculum for the colorectal cancer screening programme, (4) updating the colorectal cancer screening registry and developing the capacity to connect with the future cancer registry (5) developing a central call-center – ensuring the unitary framework for screening and networking with the medical/non-medical staff involved in screening as well as complementarity with the services provided through the royally developed call-centers
