Developing, licensing and providing integrated social services ("day centre" and "home care unit") for at least 260 vulnerable elderly people with housing problems in Buhuşi City, by building, equipping a Day Centre, respectively equipping a UID, operationalising and operating them on a long-term basis, in order to increase social inclusion and reduce the effects of poverty (Type C project).
