The overall objective of the Project is to develop the necessary technical and economic documentation for the continuation of the local strategy for the development of the water and wastewater sector, in order to achieve the targets assumed by Romania through the Treaty of Accession to the European Union, including providing the necessary support during the approval process of the Financing Application and during the implementation of the investment works.
