The overall objective of the project is to increase the access of vulnerable elderly people affected by housing problems to social support services in order to improve the situation of vulnerability and improve the risk of poverty and social exclusion. Specifically, it is envisaged to provide a package of support measures for vulnerable elderly people affected by housing problems in Giarmata commune, Timis County by providing access and providing social services such as day care and recovery center (social service code 8810CZ-V-I) and social services for home care (social service code 8810-ID-I Home care unit). Concretely, in order to ensure the provision of quality social services in a sustainable way in the long term, the development of the social infrastructure with the destination "Day Care and Recovery Centre" is envisaged through the construction of a building, the licensing of the "Centre" services.
