The construction of a social services center addressed to vulnerable elderly people affected by housing problems in Gugesti locality in Vrancea County where a day care and recovery center with a capacity of 50 beneficiaries /month, respectively 600 beneficiaries /year and a home care unit with a capacity of at least 25 dependent elderly people who cannot go to the center, and for which the services will be provided by a mobile team. The social center created in Gugesti will provide access to quality long-term care services for the elderly both through the day care center and through the mobile team that will provide personal care services at home for dependent elderly people who cannot go to the center.
